After 2FA is enabled there are several scenarios where you'll be asked to provide your 2FA code:

If you sign into GitHub through the website, you'll be provided with the following prompt asking for your 2FA code:

If you're providing a recovery code you previously downloaded from GitHub, you will need to click the Enter a two-factor recovery code link and follow the instructions for entering your recovery code instead of entering it in the Authentication Code box.

With 2FA enabled, you'll need to pass along a special header containing your 2FA authentication code. For more information, see " Other Authentication Methods " in the GitHub Developer documentation.

Through GitHub Desktop

After setting up 2FA and reauthenticating to GitHub, you'll be provided with the following prompt asking for your 2FA code:

Depending on how you set up your account, you'll be presented with a dialog asking you to enter your 2FA code. If you set up 2FA through SMS, we'll text it to you. Otherwise, you can generate one from your TOTP application.

After 2FA is enabled there are a couple of scenarios where you need to enter a personal access token instead of a 2FA code and your GitHub password. For more information, see " Giuliano Galiano No Limits high StpCAZCab

You must create a personal access token to use as a password when authenticating to GitHub on the command line using HTTPS URLs. For more information, see " Calvin Klein 205W39NYC Brown Western Harness Boots nfgbY
."

For example, when you access a repository using Git on the command line using commands like git clone , git fetch , git pull or git push with HTTPS URLs, you must provide your GitHub username and your personal access token when prompted for a username and password. The command line prompt won't specify that you should enter your personal access token when it asks for your password.

When you access a repository via Subversion, you must provide a personal access token instead of entering your password. For more information, see " Nike Air Force 1 LV8 GS / / Wolf Grey d0X88ypZ

If you have authenticated to GitHub on the command line using SSH URLs you must enter an SSH key passphrase instead of a 2FA code and your GitHub password after 2FA is enabled. For more information, see " Working with SSH key passphrases ."

One of thelargestpain management groupsin the Southeast is closing multiple clinics amid worsening financial troubles and a federal criminal investigation that targeted its former chief executive.

This week, Tennessee-based Comprehensive Pain Specialists advised patients and employees about clinic closures, leaving patients scrambling to find new doctors willing to prescribe them opioids, according to a New Balance WL574 Trainers light petrol Xfouc
on WSMV television.

Based in the Nashville area, CPS opened in 2005 and quickly grew into a powerhouse, which has treated as many as 48,000 pain patients a month, at more than 50 clinics in Tennessee and other states.

CPS did not respond to numerous requests for comment.

The doctor-owned company has endured a series of recent setbacks, including earlier clinic closures, pending lawsuits over alleged debts and the criminal case against former CEO John Davis.

In April, a federal grand jury in Tennessee indicted Davis on criminal kickback charges. He has pleaded not guilty. CPS also has faced nearly a dozen civil lawsuits from contractors alleging unpaid debts, including suits brought by two of its former doctors. A Justice Department official said the closure was not related to the criminal case against Davis.

According to the company’s website, CPS now operates 40 clinics in eight states: Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio and Tennessee. Half are in Tennessee. The Tennessean reported Tuesday that all 21 clinics in the state would be closing by the end of the month.

In the 1960s, heart disease was on the rise and researchers blamed saturated fats or cholesterol on the new epidemic. Since that time, any food, activity, nutrient or substance that lowered cholesterol was automatically deemed beneficial for heart disease. Vegetable oils – more specifically omega-6 polyunsaturated fats – were found to lower cholesterol levels and were, therefore, deemed good for your heart.

Not so fast! The premise that cholesterol caused heart disease has been challenged in study after study (1,2), but to this day, we are still being prescribed statins, eating certain polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) which were the replacement fats for cholesterol, and avoiding saturated fats (like butter) in an effort to lower cholesterol.

Many of these cholesterol-lowering foods, oils and drugs that are still in common practice today in the name of good health are under intense scrutiny. Some experts suggest that many vegetable oils may actually increase the risk of heart disease and mortality, instead of lowering it . (2,3)

actually increase the risk of heart disease and mortality, instead of lowering it Should We Stop Eating Cholesterol-Lowering Foods?

In this article, I will discuss the potential health risks of ingesting omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) or vegetable oils that take up an entire aisle in the grocery stores. These vegetable oils are used to extend the shelf life of packaged foods, and are found in almost every loaf of bread, cracker, chip, bar, candy, nut milk, meat substitute, frozen meal, salad dressing and packaged food.

In the 1960s, vegetable oils replaced saturated fats as heart-healthy alternatives, as they were shown to lower total cholesterol levels. For decades, the consensus was that anything that lowered cholesterol was considered “heart-healthy.” (1) Recent studies have poked serious flaws in this theory. In a handful of studies, omega-6-rich vegetable oils lowered cholesterol levels, but they failed to lower the risk of heart disease or heart disease-related death – suggesting that lowering cholesterol may not protect your heart.
